• Product arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing flaws
• Product received is incorrect or not as described

NOT Eligible for Return:

• Items that have been worn, used, or altered
• Items without original packaging

How to Request a Return:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence of the damage. Please include:

• Clear photos or unboxing video showing the damage/defect
• Your order number
• Description of the issue

Once we verify the damage, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. Return shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. After we receive and inspect your item (3-5 business days), we will process your refund. Your bank will process the refund within 5-10 business days.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Repairing, If Possible, Is A Chargeable Service. Gold Plating Will Fade With Regular Use And Frequent Exposure To Air And Water. It Will Need Re-Plating. We Can Re-Plate It At A Nominal Charge. Stones(Pasted/In Setting) Can Come Off With Rough Usage. Silver Creations Get Oxidized When Exposed To Air. Use Silver Cleaning Cloth To Clean It. Any Other Powder Or Concentrate May Harm The Original Finish.
